New update: RapidPlan and RapidPath 4.0

We’re excited to announce the rollout of RapidPlan 4.0 and RapidPath 4.0 over the coming weeks. This update introduces new features and key enhancements, including cloud integration for our desktop applications and web-based platforms, designed to improve collaboration and accessibility.

What’s new in this update?

  • Invarion Cloud Access: All users will now receive an Invarion Cloud account with 1GB of storage, allowing you to save plans directly to the cloud, save your local file storage. Invarion Cloud can also be accessed directly from your web browser at cloud.invarion.com.

  • Remote Access and Seamless Team Collaboration: Securely store your plan library and access it from anywhere. This new feature allows you add collaborators and share plans with team members or clients by granting editing or view-only access. Additionally, you can add comments and initiate discussion threads to enhance collaboration during the design process.

  • Mobile-Optimized Sharing: Generate read-only links so field crews can view plans on mobile devices.

  • Cross-Platform Compatibility: Plans created in RapidPlan or RapidPath can now be opened and edited in RapidPlan Online or RapidPath Online.

What’s improved in this update?

  • New Home Tab: The old welcome screen has been redesigned and renamed the Home Tab for a more user-friendly experience. It include the familiar New Plan Wizard,  Default plan options (A choice between creating and saving files as local plans or cloud plans), and Quick access to open existing plans.
  • Invarion Help Centre: The Home Tab now features a dedicated section for access our new  Invarion Help Centre, which contains Product user guides, Account management instructions, Video tutorials and product release notes
  • An enhanced feature to store scratchpad contents, custom objective styles, and user preferences will be available soon.
